Being Authentic Leads to True Happiness
I discovered that when people are authentic and not pretending, they are the most confident and happiest. They are their best selves. Sadly, today we are heavily guided by social media with AI tools. We often get caught up trying to be someone we are not, attempting to impress an audience who does not care about us. The need for attention and affirmation is real. But obsessing over it is anxiety-provoking and a waste of time. That\'s why discovering who you are, your identity and what your strengths are is first and foremost important. This gives you genuine self confidence. You pursue what you want because you know what you want, not what you think will please others. I recommend everyone step back and ask themselves: How do I derive my self-confidence? Do my actions and behavior reflect who I really am? Am I myself or am I trying to be someone I am not?
