Larry is practitioner of transformational change. His hands-on background in strategy consulting, organization change and psychology makes him uniquely qualified to lead organization transformation programs.
Larry graduated from Yale University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
He has spent his entire 35 year career focused on transformational organization change.

Larry Chao is Asian-American born, raised and educated in the U.S. His ancestry is half-Japanese and half-Chinese. He currently splits time between Bangkok and New York
