We have been offering clients executive coaching since 1995. Coaching has always been part of our DNA. In fact, decades ago, as a student at Yale College, Larry served both as a freshman coach, and counselor to his peers.

Each coaching assignment ends with a development plan to guide ongoing improvement.

We create case studies for our workshops drawn from actual client situations. This allows participants to learn how to address "real-life" change issues with their teams. For leadership development, we favor Situational Leadership. This tool teaches leaders how to use different leadership styles to develop other people. It is practical and immediately applicable.
