Here is What AI Can't Do

Until AI replaces all human beings in an organization, we are going to have to figure out a way of getting along. So much complexity and so many failures are the result of people not working well together. Think about it. Consider the time, effort and stress created when people fail to respect, understand or align with each other. I am sure all of you have painful memories at work where problems, stress and time were wasted because people simply did not respect or understand each other. This is especially true in a world filled with change and uncertainty. People need to respect, listen and agree on how to proceed. Otherwise, there is chaos. The clock is ticking. Even with the greatest AI tool, if your people do not know how to give and take and get along, your business will suffer.
