How to Ensure AI Does not Replace You

Will AI increase jobs or will it decrease jobs? If you have the right skillset, you will flourish regardless of the outcome. Two important skills come to mind. First, the ability to think, problem-solve and be creative. You\'ll need this to interpret what AI tells you in the right context and then use good judgment to make decisions. Second, great interpersonal skills. We still need to work together to get things done. The best way to do this is by building healthy, trust-based interpersonal skills. AI cannot yet execute for us, especially across functions in an organization. Until this happens, we need to rely on each other. Regardless of AI\'s impact on jobs, ensure you have the right skills and can leverage AI, not be supplanted by it.
