As AI Surges, People Are Being Left Behind

With so much emphasis on Ai, it seems we value people less. Instead of building cultures, relationships and skills, we invest in AI, automation and computing. Nothing wrong with modernizing, but do we even know what we are doing, or are we just scared of being left behind? Even with all the AI computing power in the world, you still have to get things done through people. Business success - at least in my lifetime—will still be determined by how effectively people can use capabilities, such as AI across functions. If I were a CEO, I would be more discerning about what and why I was investing in AI, and much more committed to building an outstanding team of executives who actually know how to leverage AI across functions for great results.
