The Great Debate of How We Should Work Continues

The great debate continues - should people work from home, go to the office or use a hybrid set up? Actually, to execute in a rapidly changing world, working together in the office face-to-face is by far the best option. Solving problems and making decisions continuously in real time beats trying to coordinate and schedule calls throughout the day. Meanwhile, AI is supplanting much of the work people can do remotely. For now the answer seems to be a hybrid set up. But eventually as AI capability replaces remote-type work, maybe the only real work one does is face-to-face. That might mean shorter work days or a shorter work week. The only question is, how should we pay people?
